Piney Woods Film Festival – Code of Conduct

The Piney Woods Film Festival (PWFF) is dedicated to fostering a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment for filmmakers, artists, and audiences from around the world. Our goal is to create a space where creativity thrives and meaningful dialogue can take place.

To maintain this environment, we expect all participants to engage respectfully and constructively. Behavior that is intentionally inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, or off-topic is not tolerated.

Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Verbal or physical abuse

  • Harassment of any kind

  • Use of discriminatory or derogatory language, gestures, or actions

  • Racism, sexism, or targeting individuals based on identity

  • Disruptive behavior either in-person or through online platforms

  • Violations of any local, state, or federal laws

PWFF reserves the right to take action against any individual or group that violates this Code of Conduct. Actions may include removal from events, revocation of credentials without refund, and/or notification of authorities, depending on the severity of the behavior.
